I talked with one of the licensed clinicians and they were really kind. I don’t know, I was expecting it to feel a little more awkward or rushed, but it didn’t. They explained things in plain language and didn’t make me feel judged about anything. For what I needed, the whole process was easy

I was a little anxious that they wouldn’t cover my area, especially after running into that problem with other services. But Pettable showed right away that my location was available, which was such a relief. The whole process felt simple and not overwhelming at all. I really appreciated how clear they were about what services I could use where I live. It genuinely helped me so much.

From what I remember, Pettable was fine in the beginning and the main process went smoothly. The part that stuck with me was the follow-up support. A couple times they got back to me fast, but other times I remember waiting longer than I expected and having to send another message. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not something I’d call super reliable either. Overall, 3 stars feels about right.

I used pettable.com mostly through the account dashboard, it was easy to get the hang of. I liked that it didn’t feel cluttered or confusing when I logged in.

Everything I needed was laid out in one spot, including my forms, messages, and the next steps I had to complete. I especially appreciated how clear the checklist-style flow was, because I didn’t have to guess what I had already finished or what still needed my attention.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that a couple of pages loaded a little slower than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, and I still had a good experience overall, but the dashboard would feel even better if it were just a bit smoother...

It was worth the price. I wasn’t sure at first, but after using it a bit, I’m happy with it. No regrets tbh.

I went into the video call fully prepared for some kind of tech meltdown, because let’s be honest, that’s usually how they get you. But weirdly enough, everything just worked. The link opened right away, I didn’t get kicked out, and the audio didn’t do that suspicious robot-voice thing. My consult even started on time, which almost made me wonder who was pulling the strings behind the scenes. Uploading the follow-up stuff was easy too. kind of refreshing when the tech doesn’t make you feel like you’re part of an experiment.

As a first-time pet owner, I found their guides really helpful 🙂 They explained the basics in a simple way, but I do wish there were a few more real-life examples to make things even clearer.
